Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, LegalDocBuilder.com, and our employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns.

Scope

• Your misuse of the platform.
• Your violation of our Terms of Use or any policy referenced from the Trust & Governance Center.
• Your unlawful conduct in connection with the platform.
• Your submission of inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Your improper use of generated documents, including use against persons without authority or in violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Procedure

You will pay reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and damages awarded against, or agreed to in settlement by, the protected parties in connection with any covered claim. We may, at our option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate.

Carve-outs

Nothing in this policy requires you to indemnify the protected parties for claims caused by their own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or for any liability that cannot be released or transferred under applicable law.
