1. Information we collect
- Account information. Email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
- Document content. Information you enter into builders. Drafts are stored in your browser by default; you may opt in to cloud sync.
- Billing information. Processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage analytics. Aggregated pageview, feature-usage, and performance data used to improve the platform.
- Cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session, plus optional analytics and (where applicable) advertising cookies.
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the platform.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Send transactional messages (receipts, reminders, security alerts).
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not read the content of your documents for marketing purposes.
- We do not share data with attorneys, law firms, or third parties for legal review unless you initiate it.
4. Advertising
Where displayed, advertisements may be served by third-party ad networks (including, in applicable regions, Google AdSense). Ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies to measure and personalize ads. See our advertising disclosure and manage preferences via Google Ads Settings.
5. Affiliate links

6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, accounting, and security purposes. You may request deletion at any time. Local drafts are stored only in your browser until you remove them.

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for cloud-stored drafts, and access controls on production systems. No system is completely secure; we recommend using a strong, unique password.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict processing of, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of certain disclosures. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Children
The platform is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email.
