No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and all content, templates, and generated documents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, LegalDocBuilder.com, and our employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to: generated documents; educational materials; document preparation tools; AI-assisted drafting; reliance on platform content; legal decisions made by users; jurisdictional differences; counterparty conduct; or any use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Aggregate cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the protected parties arising from or relating to the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to LegalDocBuilder.com in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

Carve-outs

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and nothing in this policy is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
