You own the information you submit and the documents generated from your inputs. We claim only the limited rights needed to provide the services you request.

Your content

You retain ownership of all information you submit to the platform and of the documents generated from that information.

Limited license to operate the service

You grant Relationale LLC and LegalDocBuilder.com a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, render, and process your content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform and to provide the features you request.

Templates and platform IP

Templates, educational content, software, branding, and other platform materials remain the property of Relationale LLC and its licensors. See our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

Account deletion

On account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal, accounting, and security obligations.
